Our Digital Education Initiatives

  • Website Development

In 2023, we launched our first Coding Class, offering beginner-level training in computer literacy and website development. Students learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, building their first web projects and discovering how technology can amplify their voices.
The two-month program reached 30 students, each taking their first steps into the digital world.

  • Math Class

n partnership with an educational organization in Kabul, we provided a Math Class for 200 students.
The program focused on strengthening problem-solving and critical thinking, helping participants gain confidence in STEM subjects.

Through interactive lessons, students rediscovered the power of learning and collaboration.

  • Advocacy & Leadership Workshops

Our Advocacy and Leadership Workshops empower young people to speak up, organize, and take action for change.
Participants learned how to communicate effectively, build campaigns, and engage their communities with purpose.
Each session encouraged leadership rooted in empathy, courage, and vision.

  • Writing & Mental Health Workshops

We hosted Writing and Mental Health Workshops to promote healing, creativity, and self-expression.
Through guided writing sessions, participants explored their emotions, shared their stories, and built resilience together.

These workshops reminded every participant that storytelling is both strength and therapy.

Our Next Chapter will Begin Soon

CodeGreenAfg remains a grassroots advocacy initiative, not yet a registered non-profit organization. Because of this, we have faced limitations in expanding our online classes and educational programs. However, we are working toward becoming an official organization in Canada, which will allow us to grow our capacity and provide more learning opportunities for women and girls in Afghanistan.

Despite these challenges, we are deeply proud of what we have achieved so far through our book distribution, community library, storytelling, and event initiatives. Each step, no matter how small, has been driven by the same mission: to ensure that education and hope continue to reach every girl who dares to dream.
